I like the new fans.

We have kept our legal ceremony a secret since we did it so early. I haven't told anyone which is rare for me since I usually can't keep a secret!

Danielle, so glad you are happy with your new fans!! That is great!! Talk about super fast shipping!!

We are sort of keeping it a secret. No one is going with us but my parents know. Other then that no one knows and hopefully I can keep my big excited trap shut!

What kind of jewlery is it? I picked up some earrings at Dillards a week ago. They are chandelier type with pearls that were ivory & a champagne color. How cute your daughter is wearing a tiara - she will feel like a little princess!

I'm starting to gather info for my welcome packets, there more a What You Need to Know Before You Go packet since i'm handing them out ahead of time.
I know - I am more relaxed too and more excited more than anything.

That is short and sweet! I take it you aren't doing a sand ceremony? Are you going to write your vows on something or go by memory?

I ordered them from favorsandflowers.com Great site!

I just keep putting off cleaning my house haha.
I was wondering too if that's the stock pic or is it your actual fan? How are you decorating them? I have SO much housework to do myself - don't feel bad!

That's great your family understands. I thought about getting married here legally first but i wasn't sure what kind of reaction i would of gotten. Then i thought about keeping it secret but i know my big mouth would of slipped. lol So in the end we decided to do it in the Dominican.

I think that I might just put some together for us that they can use for the ceremony, but not any mushy stuff, because we aren't mushy people either. Then if I don't really care for the wording that they have, we can use ours. I will see if I can get the wording they use from them, but they aren't always very quick to respond, and we have less than 4 months left. LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
