thanks michelle. we had the hardest time trying to decide what to get engraved. Actually we spent more time coming up with joke engravings like "sentenced to life 11/6/08" then thinking of real ones. Finally fi came up with getting love in spanish with our dates. It's perfect for us because i'm not a real mushy kinda girl. so it's short and simple but sweet.

That is funny! That is totally something my FI would say. My bands are going to be too skinny to get an engraving done. He could get something since his is bigger, but I thought it would be a waste since I won't have anything. My cousin did her initials (with her maiden name) + hubby's initials and their wedding date. He had the reverse on his band. I thought that was cute.

I love that idea Danielle. I laughed at the "sentenced to life..." bit too.

We arent' gettin anything engraved on ours. FI won't be wearing his much anyway because of his job, and mine has enough room to engrave, but it would be pretty small.

Just thought I would check in quick. I came home for my lunch break since I now have to work a 12 hour shift, and I will get home just in time for my MOH to get here for the weekend. I don't want to have to get sucked in for a 12 hour this weekend, since both Sat and Sun we are having parties for Justin's 1st birthday. I still can't believe that tomorrow will be a year. Yikes!

Also, 2 weeks from today it will be my b-day and our legal day! Yikes again!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
