I like knowing where to sit as well. I think we may end up with one or two long rectangular tables, and we are not having a head table. It always sucks for the significant others of the bridal party so I want them to be able to sit together. Mike and I will sit by ourselves at a sweetheart table. We are still waiting for RSVPs so I haven't started a seating chart, but I think I might just put the name cards on the tables, and people can find their names. Then if they want to trade seats with people that is up to them.

Okay ladies I have finished my invitations except for the perforating.. yay! I will post a pic either later tonight or tomorrow..so excited to be able to send these out in the next few days

 

I don't think we are doing a seating plan either. We won't be having "that" many people go so I think we will all be at one long table or something..

I think you just solved my seating delima!!!! We were going to do a head table with us, and our MOH and BM and their dates... but if we make our table bigger and add our friends, and then do a couple other large tables, it works out really nicely!

I asked my FI to do the seating chart and he did it in under an hour and it looks good. I was so shocked...It would've took me forever to do that!! I'm leaving exactly the way he did it bc it made sense to me why he sat certain people together, etc...phew. One less thing for me to worry about.

 

Has anyone been to Target's dollar spot lately? I'm in need of a few more Spanish for Dummies books but I dont even know if they even exist anymore. Guess I'm going to have to take a drive over there this week and see.

Jessica i've purposely am trying to stay out of target's dollar spot so i don't buy anything else for my oot bags lol

 

Steph i love the cds, i finished the artwork for my covers and cds but i haven't burned them yet. And that's great you mailed your invites.

 

tara - i went to a dw two years ago that had 48 people there without a seating chart. there were round tables and it worked out fine. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and it was a laid back atmosphere.

 

I think i'm going to do a seating chart just to keep certain people away from each other. Gotta love family drama!

We are only having 30 guests at our wedding, but are doing a seating chart. I had a bday party for FI at a restaurant and we got stuck sitting by people we didn't want to sit with and we promised ourselves that would NEVER happen again! LOL! FI got stuck sitting by his moms husband who we nicknamed "Babblin Bill" -he can babble for hours - hence the name....I got stuck sitting by FI's grandmother and 20-something cousin who did nothing but drool all over his girlfriend all night. UGH - never again! I am SO DOWN with a seating chart!

Well - I am SO sad. I spent a good 2 hours yesterday dragging out stuff, I finished my DIY tank tops and took tons of pictures to share with you guys today. I don't have the cord to hook my camera to my computer, so I took three memory cards to Walgreens last night and waited 30 minutes for them to download them onto a disk. SO I brought the disks with me to work this morning and guess what...the disk that was supposed to have all of my pics from yesterday weren't on the disk!! The freakin disk was blank!!

THEN - the pics I have on the other disks won't upload to photobucket!

I am going to try again later - but I am so bummed!

I think I may have the camera in my purse - I am going to check and see if the guys have a cord for their camera....I'll be back.

The guys have a cord but it's too big for my camera.

 

I have the camera and cards in my purse, but they won't work with their camera cord. I have a Kodak and they have a Sony.

 

I am so pissed.

 

I am going to concentrate on work today. I could strangle that Walgreens Lady!!

I was able to get to Photobucket and change my siggy pic!

 

I'm going to go to Walgreens right after work and have them re-do the disk. The thing that sucks is I was going to go to the Kodak kiosk at Walmart, but didn't want to drive. UGH!!
