I know how you feel about the whole wanting to look nice thing. My brain automatically assumes everytime we go somewhere that he might propose so I've been doing the same thing: doing my hair & makeup, but not too much to be a huge difference!!

 

Just try to forget about it & not analyse everytime someone asks you to do something now. You're only going to drive yourself crazy... TRUST ME!!!

I snoop through everything too. Its not a trust issue, I'm just nosy.

 

My work shower was supposed to be a surprise and one of my coworkers gave it away. i'm very glad she did because I was planning to taking a really long lunch that day to go to this outlet sale.....I can just imagine having to explain THAT long of a lunch break to my boss......So you see sometimes knowing is not so bad

How great that they're throwing you this surprise shower though! Try your HARDEST to FORGET about it! Seriously, just try and drop it from your mind, go about your life and go with the flow. I know, easier said than done but that's my advice

we have the same rule, esp. because we both have blackberry phones. some of his friends are so gross. they send each other sick photos to gross each other out. one friend is notorious for taking cellphone camera pics of girls he's hooking up with (i.e. boob shots). another one a few weeks ago wrote, with his girlfriend's eyeliner, "I <3 you" ON HIS BALLS, snapped a photo with his blackberry and sent it to my FI, apparently with instructions to NOT show me because we all went to grad school together and are close friends. FI was laughing so hard, i had to know what it was about so he showed me and then i was sorry i asked! haha. now i dont know if i will ever be able to look at our friend in the face without thinking about the fact that ive seen his balls. gross.

I don't snoop and neither does my FI but my friends and I have codes for everything in case anyone ever read our texts. We are huge texters and we have code names for people, places, actions, things, etc. I don't think anyone could understand our texts. We do it to protect ourselves from potential catostrophes. LOL.

thank god, he wouldnt even know where to begin looking for eyeliner if he was so inclined to copy his friend. he has been warned if he uses any of my cosmetics to compete with his friend, he has to replace it with a brand new one. i told him i measure the levels of everything after i use it so i will know if he uses anything hahaha

apparently also, said friend's girlfriend encouraged him to do it and GAVE him the eyeliner for his little DIY project.

lol I do it to his facebook...he had me set up his account because he didn't know how (and also secretly because he was lazy) so now I have the password (because I made it) and he knows I snoop. I'm glad I'm not the only one
