Yes, he took home a blue ribbon. I've been so busy making newsletters for my wedding guests I have been neglecting keeping you up to date with what nibblets is up to. That is why I thought a club would keep us organized.

As it turns out... we are officially in contract on the house TODAY

So, in about a month's time, assuming all goes as planned, we will be homeowners and can CERTAINLY offer up a storage space (or the basement) as the official clubhouse. Of course, it won't be a secret location after I have a great big ol' BDW party there.

And I LOOOOOOVE my badge. I post it with pride.

No approval needed. Just grab a badge & slap it on.

Most of us in the club do not have & have never owned a ferret. We just pretend we do. So you might be able to take my seat as ferret club president.

This thread has got me thinking about getting a pet too. I don't have space for a ferret, but I could make room for a hamster. I just wouldn't know what to do with it when I fly home for christmas. Just about everyone I know leaves town then too. A hamster in my carry on? Wouldn't that be a little weird? I know mike's family would laugh at me. I wish I had a child so I could justify getting a hamster.

For now I'll have to just keep pretending I have a ferret. I hope I didn't just make this thread sad.
