hahaha i hear ya! but honestly, who would even WANT a house that big? you'd HAVE TO have cleaning staff. and you'd probably only run into your family about once a week in there! LOL

It does seem funny that they picked NJ... considering all the jokes about NJ!

Aww, yes, I know Morris County! I dated a guy in high school who lived in Chatham and all his friends were from his town and the surrounding area.

I just set my DVR to record it. It starts next week after the NY show reunion (11pm).

And yeah, the whole cleaning aspect is the one thing that sort of makes me feel grateful I don't have one of those Moorestown Mansions. Especially since I'm a neat freak and my husband is a slob. I'd go crazy. My whole day would be devoted to cleaning.

so i just watched the first episode of RH of NJ and I thought it sucked! those women were drama just to be drama and so low class and gross. i thought that Jacklyn was nice but I am definitley not watching the rest of the season - i really didn't like it! sad.gif

The women were definitely so stereotypical North Jersey. Which is funny because I swear I never knew anyone like that, and most of my friends were from affluent Italian families!

I actually went to a wedding at the Brownstone though, so that was funny. I remember not liking the food so much. I'm probably going to continue to watch just to see what other places I recognize, but yeah, the women were totally gaudy and pretentious.

I agree about Jacklyn being nice though. But she's from Vegas so that's probably why!

I didn't think it was any worse than the other seasons, just a different location. Not to say they don't annoy me but that seems to be the theme of these shows - the drama and shameless flaunting of what they think is hot. I do have to say I hated the furniture that one girl picked out, for that money she could have done better but that's her style I guess. I like Vegas girl too, she is the most normal.

I still like the NY girls the best, but I'll watch this season until I can't take it any longer wink.gif

LOL we jersey girls have to protect our reputation ... or denounce it, actually! i have lived in nj my entire life (all different parts of the state) and have never met anyone who fits the "stereotype."

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
