Does anyone have a good Yoga or Pliates (I'd love both) video that they'd recomend? I'd like to add a little variety to my Cindy Crawford workout! The only one I can think of that I've heard consistant good things about is Windsor.

Well, don't give me credit before I deserve it, Edyta! I have never been good at it - so we'll see how it goes. Since I am on the road so much, it's hard to find a place to go - I guess unless I find a place to go where I can pay by the session - monthly memberships just don't make sense for me. Carrying the videos with me just make it more accessible, no matter where I am. You should see me in the hotel room doing my Cindy Crawford videos that are playing on my laptop - it's quite the scene.

Ann, I just checked that link & it looks like they've completely revamped their system since I last purchased anything. The whole circle thing is new. I would say just buy the basic 9.95 package & try that. If you love it you can always upgrade. That's how I started...eventually I needed a more challenging workout so I got the advanced dvd. Go for it!! Now I need to start doing it again :)

I just bought the Barre Method series... http://www.amazon.com/Method-Body-2-...?ie=UTF8&s=dvd

It isolates muscles and gives you longer leaner muscles like a dancer. I like it. It's not yoga or pilates, but certainly not arobic either. ...I wanted to buy the fluidity bar. Anyone tried it? www.fluidity.com I saw it on an infomercial, but haven't bought it yet...I'm afraid it will just collect dust.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
