shoot! i almost feel bad about it, and sorry to any photogs out there, but when you pay an arm and a leg, come on! it's not like i'm going to sell them, i just want to be able to enjoy pictures of myself and doug without breaking the bank. sad.gif too bad i jumped the gun and just had to book this guy as soon as i found him. i really do love his work, but if i had found BDW before i would have known there are photogs who offer the option to get all the pics digital, so i can do what i want with them. oh well, we'll make it work somehow! at least i get a box of about 500 actual pics (from the wedding) to do what i want with, i'll spend a saturday scanning them into my computer and play with those. i just want the casual engagement pics too sad.gif boo sad.gif

We are getting our engagement pics next Wednesday! Yikes.....I hope the weather will be nice here too! It's been in the low 70's here in Colorado.......hopefully it will stay that way. We didn't really have a choice with our professional photographer for engagement pics as we received a free session as part of a "thank you" gift from our jewler for buying our engagement ring with them. I thought that was very generous of them! I'll post mine too when they are done!

dang it, I'm so upset cause we might get rained out tonight sad.gif the forecast is for showers and 46 degrees tonight at 6p-7p when we are supposed to have them done. not cool sad.gif censored.gif

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
