I am so anxious to get started. I havn't been doing well the last couple of weeks so this will get me started back on JC and going to the gym because dh will be out of town for 2 weeks. Does it matter what siggy I borrow or are we all using the same one? They are all too cute. Thanks for making them.

Secondly, we are now a week away from starting. I am very excited but am looking for some advice. I can not exercise because of my back surgeries (doc just pulled me off physical therapy again and had another CT scan and MRI yesterday, woohoo). So...I am wondering if anyone knows what diet would work best for someone who can not exercise. I am thinking WW but am open for any suggestions??
steph i would say weight watchers paired with the eat clean diet. i will start posting some pages as PDFs once we start. alyssa recommended the book to me and now i am obsessed.

I have never heard of the eat clean diet. I will have to start researching that one. Thank you so much, I really appreciate all of the feedback ladies.

You can use whatever siggy you want or not use a siggy at all. Its just a cute, fun idea if you want to show that your part of the challenge. Pick whichever one you like and edit it in your siggy.

I used to do JC. I loved it except that it got pretty expensive after awhile.

Excellent thank you! I just went on the website, looks like a nice idea. Expecially the page I read that had the title "have sex". Haa!!! Its all for the cause of the diet!

i think that would be fine - i'd just record you as no change for those weeks, and you could catch up when you get back.
