      First...I love the badge idea, that is awesome thanks ladies!!

      Secondly, we are now a week away from starting. I am very excited but am looking for some advice. I can not exercise because of my back surgeries (doc just pulled me off physical therapy again and had another CT scan and MRI yesterday, woohoo). So...I am wondering if anyone knows what diet would work best for someone who can not exercise. I am thinking WW but am open for any suggestions??

        I'm sorry about your back, that stinks. I personally am a huge fan of WW and you don't have to exercise on it. I mean, they will encourage it because you can earn extra points to eat, but you absolutely can lose weight without it.

                could you do any form of exercise, maybe like swimming?

                  Not official lap swimming but maybe I could get those weights made for the water to do arm stuff. That would be less strenuous.

                    oh that's rough! swimming is usually pretty harmless. but backs are a tough injury to deal with, it's not like you can just not use your back!
