Jilly, you are the star student!! GOOD JOB!

Sarah & Sarah,

You girls are also doing great. Keep it up! Everything you are doing. Pretty soon, you will begin dropping weight and inches, then watch out!!! Seriously, you are right. You are both gaining muscle, but pretty soon that muscle will start buring the fat and the pounds will fall off and you'll contiune to lose inches too! Good Job to both of you!!

I was down .8, so a total of 1.8 in one month...Uggghuh.gif? I am really struggling with this last 5 lbs!! I'm not working out as much as I should be.

Rebecca, I've heard that last five pounds is always tough, so keep up the good work! You're almost halfway there!

Now, I'm another story, I just ate a really bad breakfast, but I'm getting off my computer in a minute and I'm going to go use my treadmill and I'll just have a really light, healthy, low point lunch, to counteract!

Thanks Jilly! I could be a little more concious with my eating though. But I don't have the wedding goal anymore and I feel pretty happy where I'm at. It would be nice to get back to my wedding weight, but if I don't, I'll be okay. I just don't want to gain anymore weight!

Don't worry about your breakfast. You are working out and doing so good! That's what your flex points are for. Plus, just think, if you weren't doing WW, you wouldn't even have thought twice about your breakfast this morning. That's the point! You are aware of everything you eat now and that will keep you on track. The minute you stop making yourself accountable, that is when it is easy to gain weight back. Exhibit A: Me! Ha Ha! Keep it up!!! I'm so proud of how far you've come!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
