listeria its a bacteria that is found in deli meat

      yes deli meat is bad...its a no no for preggies. I guess our bodies can naturally deal with the bad stuff when you aren't preggo but the baby can't handle it when you are.

        Oh ok. I was thinking that we never should eat it-preggo or not. I was sad to see my subway go if I was eating all kinds of stuff that's no good.

              I toast by bread, then heat up my turkey and cheese and it kinda makes a grilled cheese....yumm!

                  We went to happy hour last night after work - well I had water, and they had mussels (gross), goat cheese tart (can't eat), fried mussels (gross) and fried calamari, oh and fries. Needless to say, I stopped by Chipotle on the way home. That was the worse happy hour in the whole world!
