I've had to eat every 1.5-2 hours because of "morning" sickness. But now that that is over (knocking on wood) I was fine for about 3 days with my normal eating schedule, and now i have to eat constantly again! I just try to make them healthier snacks. since you are only supposed to eat 300 extra cals a day, I try to keep that in mind.

So, for my first breakfast (7am) i have two pieces of toast and a half a glass of milk. Second breakfast (9:30) I have a bowl of fruit and a hard boiled egg (I only eat the white). Then for elevensies (which today is at 10:30!) i eat a 100 calorie pack or a treat (today is banana nut bread). Then I'll have lunch. Then I'm usually good from lunch until dinner... but I sometimes need a 3pm snack so i try to eat another type of 100 calorie pack or a banana or something simple.

Ha ha, you sound like me! I don't have morning sickness anymore (sometimes a bit in the evenings still), but my appetite has sky-rocketed so I'm back to eating my little meals and snacks all day long.
Example- this was my intake yesterday:

7:00a piece of toast
8:00a whole wheat bagel and OJ
9:30a handful of almonds and cashews
11:00 nectarine
12:00 chicken breast and mashed potatoes (frozen food)
1:30 no-sugar jello cup
2:30 string cheese
4:00 apple
5:00 a lot of chips and salsa (i'm obsessed I have this everyday!)
6:30 vegeterian sausage patty with cheese and whole wheat english muffin ( i love eating breakfast at night)
7:30 brownie (couldn't resist)
9:00 cottage cheese and some crackers
And I love water, so I drink tons of it through out the day

So, I hope this doesn't sound excessive, because this has been the standard eating schedule I have had now.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
