Thanks ladies!

I have just a few paranoid questions - like, shouldn't I be feeling/responding in some way by now? All I have are thse kind of weird cramps (which worry me!) occasionally, but no nausea or sickness or bloating or anythign! Do any of you remember what it was like your first few weeks??

Congrats Jo!!!

I didn't really feel anything different until around 6 or 7 weeks. Just give it some time.

And don't worry about the 8-10 weeks for the doctor, that's actually very typical. Unless you have an issue, then they'll see you earlier. But in the meantime, just rest a bunch and make sure to eat healthy! :)

Just stopping in to say hi ladies. I am still preggo, looking like I will make it to my due date after all. Almost had a C on Tuesday this past week because the docs suspected late onset preeclampsia but while I was at the hospital my BP leveled out and they sent me home. I guess with the 30+ inches of snow we got here last week it was a good thing I didn't have to try to rush to the hospital : ) So I am just sitting at home, on leave from work already and waiting. I scheduled a C for a week after my due date just in case. So, if Shayne decides not to arrive on his own, then he will be welcomed into the world via C on 2/22. Good news is I am almost finished the nursery with all the time on my hands. Hope everyone else is doing well. I'll be sure to check in.

Wow, I didn't even know this thread existed! I'm a crazy girl who is pregnant AND planning a Destination wedding all at once!! I have a 21 month old daughter and am due with #2 in July. Our wedding will be in Feb. 2011, so the baby will be 7 months old by then. I finally got through the horrible first trimester, all the nausea, and exhaustion and just generally feeling crappy. But now I feel much better. The pills my Dr. prescribed (diclectin) were amazing and they took the nausea away pretty much.

Congrats to all the other pregnant gals!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
