David's Bridal Return Policy

Recommended Posts

I never even asked about their return policy b/c I thought the dress I bought was "the one". Well, 9 months later, I decided it wasn't. I went in all prepared to just buy the new one and sell the old one on ebay and they told me there was a possibility of exchanging it. The big issue was that it was past the 6 month mark, so they weren't sure. After a lot of back and forth between my mom and DB Corporate, I was able to do an even exchange. I had heard a lot of negative reviews about DB, but after my experience, I love them!!! Good luck, let us know what happens!

I bought my dress from there and before I special ordered it I asked what if it gets here and I hate it, Can I return? The answer is that they do not return but they will give you store credit and let you order another dress and if you need it in a hurry you will just pay the rush fee.

Hope this helps

OMG.. I just got a new dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooooooo happy!! They're going to take my old dress & veil back and just charged me the difference. I'm still on a "dress high" right now. I went there without my dress on purpose so that I'd "just look". I told the girl how I wanted it to look.. she goes,"There's a bride with a new dress on..go check her out." I said,"OMG, I wanna try that on!" She looked gorgeous in it so I needed to see for myself. AMAZING dress.. I didn't wanna take it off. It's actually a "floor dress" I believe they called it. She said it's not online or in their magazines and only a few stores carry it. If it sells well, then they make more. The bride trying it on got it and I got it. I forgot my camera so I don't have pics but I need to go back with my old dress on Monday so I'll take pics then.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
