She owns a store and does not have anyone to work for her so I will be working there for the rest of the week and still going to my other job. I am really sad but I know there was nothing she could do. She should be better for my AHR but I really wanted her in Mexico. It seems like every day something new comes up, eventually I am going to go Bridezilla on someone.

I hope everyone else is doing better and the DT brides are all worked out.
I'm sorry this is happened to you. Something similar happened to me last week with a good friend who was going to be the officiant. It sucks hard, but we must move on.

Thanks. I just got back from the hospital and there is still a slim chance she can come. Holding out hope! Tonights project is create seating cards for AHR and wrap gifts. My FI is in charge of music which is the only big thing he did so that was one thing I did not have to worry about.

Melissa I am so sorry to hear about your aunt. Fingers are crossed for that chance that she might be able to make it!

Well, girls. I am married, officially anyway! I am trying not to make big deal about it cause I want to focus all celebration on the "big" day. I made a post about it...yes, there was drama with the day!

No news about the resort yet. Waiting.

Still have all the same stuff to do. We need to work on it tonight. I don't want to work the rest of the week! Maybe I will just go in tomorrow and not Friday. I just have too much to do and with bachelorette party on Sat. (all day) that doesn't leave much time.

Kelly, I do feel different. I don't want to feel married until our actual wedding day, so I think that is what is making me feel this way. I kinda wish we didn't tell even our parents. Mine went with us, so they know. Oh well.

I'm married!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
