Alright ladies..the starfish sandals are by Nirvanna Designs for $130....they don't have an actual name..well at least it doesn't give it to me......hope this helps!

I finished my Menu last night..creating it..not printing them out or anything....

Landy gave us the go ahead with the SeaSide grill so we can order those Lantern things soon!

I tried Googling Nirvanna Designs and didn't have any luck finding the shoes. Their website says it is still under construction.

Regarding your menu, did you just choose the selections?...or did you ask some of your guests what they would prefer and just go with the majority? I really hate that we have to pick one option from each.

I sent Landy an email asking about the SG again and that I was already told I could have it. Hopefully she will tell me the same thing as she did you. Fingers crossed!!

OK...yari had the same problem..I looked at ModernBride.com and STILL could not find them!!! I'm sorry for mentioning them...I thought they would be easier to find......maybe try EBAY??

As for the menu, we just went ahead and picked....We chose the Chicken from the Silver Menu, b/c in our opinion...the steak we had down there wasn't really all that great...and the Chicken is supposed to be from the Portofino menu, which was the best place to eat..we thought! And everyone likes chicken right?? Everything else was from the gold menu except the Dark Chocolate Cake which we also figured....who doesn't like chocolate cake?? At this point Brooke...my guests are being pains in the asses..they're lucky I'm feeding them!

You're probably right. I'm sure they'll be fine with whatever I choose, and I'm sure the resort can accommodate if I have a vegetarian or two.

I am the most indecisive person on the planet. I keep changing my colors!! I have now decided to do a champagne color BM dress with the orange and fuschia flowers and accents...I think! I just keep seeing all of this stuff I like! I need major help.

I also got my guest book pen and some cute starfish kleenex for the BM's. My dad got his suit last weekend and I checked it out today and it looks great. I also got my step-daughter's shoes. Gosh, I got a lot done today. I need to work from home more often. Oh, I also got the great place cards that Jenny posted from Martha Stewart and matching wine labels.

Cute bags! Where did you get them? And what does the starfish Kleenex look like?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
