We're getting married at the Melia Cabo San Lucas. Claudia is the wedding coordinator, but she does anything BUT coordinate. I've basically written her off as any sort of help. Actually, Manuel Burgoin, who I booked as our photographer recommended Gabriel Fonseca as the DJ. If anyone wants the contact info, let me know. Hopefully, he'll be a good contact....I'll keep everyone posted.

Hi,

 

I booked Arturo Ortiz as my DJ. Maye Cortinas recommended him and i got a reference from another bride. I hope he is good. If anyone has heard of him, let me know! And of course, i'll make sure to post a review after my wedding. His fee is $215 per hour. I have a list of his available songs if anyone is interested.

 

I saw the DJ that Dreams provides and I thought he wasn't very good. There were long pauses between songs and he would just put in one CD and let it play. Just a FYI... (I don't know his name tho...)

The three names I know best are:

Arturo Ortiz (I don't have his info, but it has to be on this board somewhere?)

Antares Guerena (I am using him and others have. Mostly gets okay/good reviews, not great)

Richie (?) - He posted on the old forum at one point, I would search for it.
