that's BS!! I think you should for sure go there after work and give them a piece of your mind...that's soooo unprofessional I don't even know what to say! I'd be really pissed too...I'm so sorry you're going through this!

Thanks again everyone. I schedule an appt with a "hair color expert" Actually a really well know hair dresser owns his own salon and my FI is his personal trainer. So her called him now Im getting in next week.
