Ok my son has been asked to come back to LA for the summer to meet with more agents to get his career started (yay Amir).

Ok there are 5-6 of us going. So booking the airline is not the problem. the problem is One mother is coming back the next day. Amir's dad is coming back that Friday, 1 of the other kids going is coming back 1 week before the rest of us.

How can we book this and all be on the same flight going to LA?

Easiest way is to have a TA book it. Or, if you want to do it yourself, just book separate reservations for each of the various schedules, then call the airline and tell them you want to be seated together. If you do it early enough, they can usually accomodate.

if you all book the exact same flight, yes. just coordinate. you may not be seated together if you're on different reservations though. if you can coordinate, you can try to choose yours seats at the time of booking to be close, and then try to switch on the plane.

you do run the risk of the first couple people booking flight #123 (for example) then when the rest go to book, the fare has increased or something.

another option is to just book a 1 way flight out, all on the same reservation. then everyone can book their own returns. you'd have to price it out though - it might be a lot more expensive.

Amir is the only one I care about having someone to sit next to, but then again he doesnt sleep so a 5 flight with him next to Joe Smoe may not be so bad LOL

everyone is supposed to give me the money by the end of the month so I have time to have it all planned out. Just finding out how to get it done

if you don't want to deal with the hassle of it all (i'd make people book their own flights! lol) - you could ask a TA for help. just send them the names, dates, times, etc.

just make sure you and Amir book together so you're on the same reservation - I assume you're traveling at the same times.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
