We're carrying a Polaroid camera and film down with us and the film can't go through the X-ray machine and needs to be hand checked. I know on the way out of the airport in Cancun all our luggage including purses has to be Xrayed so could you tell me how to say the film can't go through the X-ray machine or it will be damaged and could we please have it hand checked?

Thank you so much!

Yes!! No problem at all!!!

The translation for this

the film can't go through the X-ray machine or it will be damaged and could we please have it hand checked

La película no puede atravesar la máquina de rayos X o se dañará. ¿Podrías por favor sujetarla en la mano?

We have this letter "ñ" that is like a "n" but with a small line, this only exists at the Spanish language. I think you do not have the sound in English but it indeed exists in Italian or Portuguese as well. So for example in italian is like "gn" when you pronounce "lasagna".

Hope this helps! ; )

You currently have 11 posts. It shows up in your name banner. If you just joined this month, and spend a little bit posting here and there, all you need to get up to to get attachments is 150. Your getting there! Just go around, posting to other threads, and you will get there, I promise!

Your wedding isn't until 2015- LOTS of time to get to 150 to be able to download posts!

Best of luck to you!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
