Is there any Cancun brides who is working with Claudia? I'm getting a little frustrated because I've called and sent several emails but no response. I know she's probably really busy and I don't want to change my location because my mind is set on this one. But I know if it continues this way my FI is going to want to change loations. Has anyone of you ladies had this problem?

The short answer is yes lol and it won't get any better until you get closer to the wedding apparently!

 

I'm in the same position as you but am hanging in there for a little bit longer. She does reply eventually it may take a few weeks tho

What I found the best thing to do with claudia was to put together a list of questions (I usually had about 20 or so at a time) and I would email her all of them at once.

 

It does usually take her a week or so to get back to you and yes, I know its frustrating.

 

There are also certain email types that the emails don't always go through to, I think gmail might be one of them.

 

Honestly, I know it seems important right now, but they take care of so many of the details for you, you almost don't even need to think about any of it.

 

The reason it takes so long is that they have weddings almost everyday and this is also a very busy season for them, so they really don't spend a lot of time in the office, but rest assured you will get a response.

welcome from another dc bride and yes it does take her a little while to get back but once get going she will put all your worries at ease we went for a site visit in feb and she had all our email in a folder and was on top of everythin and we had not booked yet at that time but she really is a sweetheart and does have everyhtin under control!

Welcome to the forum!!! I am also a soon to be Dreams Cancun Bride. I ended up working with Claudia's assistant Daniella. I basically kept sending emails until I got a response from Daniella. I know it is very frustrating but my wedding is next April so I am not stressing it yet.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
