All fine and dandy but could you have told me this a month ago- like before I had postcards printed with day-of timeline that says nothing about a private reception! So I say all that to say, I don't know what our plans are anymore. I emailed Chandlyn yesterday to see if we can rent the disco from 2-4 but I haven't heard back from her. But I'm guessing since we are the first wedding that day no one will be in the disco at that time.
With you all getting married so early, I am sure you will be fine. Worse come to worse, you could have a private reception at one of the bars or something and use your soundock!

Everything looks amazing! I can't wait to see your pics once you're back! Have a wonderful time, and just remember to enjoy every second of it!

I had never heard of a hand ceremony and wish I'd heard of that earlier, the words had me tearing up!

Enjoy the day of your dreams!

Everything looks amazing!!!

You've done a great job.

Now its time to rest and just enjoy yourself.cheer2.gif

I need to thank you so much for posting your ceremony wording. I am also doing the sand ceremony and thought about the hand ceremony but thought it might be too much. After reading the wording to it, I have to incorporate it. It's exactly the kind of special touch I want for my day.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
