I am getting such great information on here, but I'm so confused, and I hope someone will be able to help.  We want to narrow it down and book this week for a DW next July.  I've been leaning toward the Sandals resorts in St. Lucia because we love the island and it just seems so easy with Sandals.  However, I've read a lot of negative reviews about the Regency and Halcyon, and I'm not sure we can afford the Grande.  Has anyone gotten married on the beach at one of these resorts?  That is the one thing we are sure of...we want to be married on the beach.

I'm starting to have a bad feeling about Sandals, but it seems like it would be so easy/affordable for the wedding and I wanted our guests to have all-inclusive so they wouldn't have to leave the resort if they didn't want to.  Are there any other great all-inclusives on the island, with a great beach and great view?  Similar or more affordable to Sandals pricing?  We will have adults only, so no kids allowed is not a problem.  Oh, and also, my fiance is allergic to cats and I've read there are a lot of them roaming around...any experience with that?

Thanks for any help!  I'm lost right now and stressing about making a decision this week!  Anything is appreciated!

It's been awhile since I've been to the forum. Trying to find a group tour for my wedding guests of the island.  Does anyone know of any?Cosol Tours was recommended by a friend who has been before, but they only pick up people from Castries and we will be in Soufriere. Any recommends would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all St.Lucia brides!

My wedding is now reserved for July 2011 at the Jade Mountain resort!  I am so excited about this location!

Any other bride in St.Lucia (at any resort) at that time (July 9 to July 16th) ? Maybe we can help each other!

Do not hesitate to PM me.

Cheers,

LilyRose

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
