I was thinking for favors we might just do sand dollars and put a ribbon and paper with their name and table number so that they are favors AND seating cards.  That is the only thing that I cam up with so far.  That is a tough one for you since most people are coming from Europe!  Too funny though, I have a friend leaving in a week for his wedding in Poland...I can send some things with him for you. J/K but it was a good thought :)  If I see any fun ideas for you, I will pass them along!!

Are you doing any wedding favors? See, I am from Poland and we do not do anything like that over there hence me being so oblivious to the whole idea :( I am doing a welcome party/ coctail hr where I would like to welcome everybody and give SOMETHING that they will not throw away and hopefully keep. But I have no idea what... Anyway, thank you so much for suggestions. Really helpful! :)

Thank You! Good idea about the sand dollars! At least not something eleborate that takes a lot of time but at the same time cute. Yes, it would be great if he could take an additional bag with gifts :) Watch his wedding will be probably 1 hr from where I live.. that would be ust too ironic :) Is he Polish? If he isn't he will be very, very surprised at the wedding traditions there and how much people drink at a traditional Polish wedding lol The celebrations last for days and days.... And the food is so delicious! We are going for our honeymoon to Poland and London and the Netherlands for 3 weeeks at Christmas and New Years time. Funny thing is I am more excited about this trip then the wedding itself. Maybe because we got legally married in January to spare the trouble of blood tests, witnesses etc in Mexico. Are yu guys doing that too? Thank you for your help! If you see anywhere something sapphire, cobalt blue and mint please let me know! :)

I was just looking at the canvas totes at Michaels.  They're in the section with the t-shirt decorating stuff.  I'm going from memory here so these aren't exact prices.  I remember them being close to $10 for a pack of 3.  With a 40% off coupon you'd be at $6 ($2 each).  That might not be exact but it's pretty close.  I remember thinking they were pretty close to what I was going to pay on cheap totes for them.  They also had a bigger tote that they sold individually.

So the ones for that price are small? Like not big enough for a towel? I have my bags but I'm asking for the other ladies

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
