Work-Out Music!

alex

Recommended Posts

Okay so I'm really getting REALLY sick of the music I have on my MP3 player for working out. I'd really love to hear some suggestions for some great "pumped up" music to keep me working hard!!!

A few of my favourites (& when I listen to them) are:

INXS - Need You Tonight (usually during abs & stretching)

Paramore - Crushcrushcrush (great for lifting weights!)

HelloGoodbye - In Your Arms (cardio)

Kanye West - Stronger (weights)

Lenny Kravitz - Where Are We Runnin' (cardio)

& Metro Station - Shake It (cardio)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I listen to primarily techno when I do my cardio. We have XM and you can record the radio and play it on your MP3! I don't know how it works, that's FI's job!

See if you can find some house music or something with a strong beat to keep you going! Latin/Salsa is also a good way to mix things up!

Yup I'm the same. My main song's/artists right now for workouts are:

1)DJ Tiesto - Live@ Cream Amnesia Ibiza 2005

2)anything by Madonna

3)anything by Brittany Spears (she's crazy but the music is awesome for working out!)

4)Scream by Timbeland

***just listen to something that gets your blood pumping and makes your want to get up and move

I love this song! I listen to a lot of euro dance type music when I'm running. I did a search for dance on itunes and downloaded a bunch songs. Since I don't frequent the clubs anymore there was a lot of new stuff that I hadn't heard. Britney Spear's in the zone CD is a good workout mix, and anything else that is upbeat. I cannot listen to slow music when I work out, I need fast booty shakin stuff.elefant.gif

A few songs I like to listen to when I work out are:

Get Up- Ciara

Crazy In Love- Beyonce

Fergalicious- Fergie

Get Low- Flo Rida

Rock Your Body- Justin Timberlake

Milkshake- Kelis

Say It Right- Nelly Furtado

Buttons- The Pussy Cat Dolls

Yeah!- Usher

Whatever You Like-Nicole Scherzinger

Just a few suggestions, hope it helps.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
