I am hoping to have fun doing it - I am so shy that I think I will be a little nervous at first (not sure that's the right word though, skittish maybe - lol).

 

I was thinking about it last night though, and I have NO idea what Paul's reaction will be. I honestly think he might laugh! Mainly because he'd be so surprised that I'd do something like this.

Wow, its such a small world. I'm debating between Major in Finance or Strategy Execution and Valuation. I don't have to declare until next trimester. I just started last trimester, so I will be done by fall of next year.

My background is in Financial Advisory Services (or basically Litigation Consulting).

 

 

I'm assuming your in marketing. Are you full time or part time? When did you start? This full time thing is kicking my butt, guess I got lazy over time. And if your part time I can't even imagine having to go from work to night class!

I'm going part time and it's a struggle. However, this is my last quarter! Yay! I started in '04 taking 2 classes per quarter. I'm so glad I'm down to my last class. This wedding is consuming so much of my life right now I know I couldn't focus on another class (it's hard enough with just the one).

 

I am so excited about this picture! My fiance played college basketball and loves to see me in his old jerseys, so I was thinking of using that, with some cute boyshorts and red pumps. Although he also likes lingerie. Do you all remember that episode of Desperate Housewives when Gabrielle thought that Carlos had some money and flirted with him? He likes the lingerie that she had on. I don't know. At least we have a few weeks to get ready...

ann, you crack me up!! I'm laughing out loud reading this! I would love to join you girls but i might be out of town that weekend! So i'm trying to rearrange my schedule! God I feel like I need more than a month to get my body in shape for these pictures since I want to look good in them! I have to see if I can come first! I really want to!! Or else I have to get then done a different weekend and I don't know who to go to!

Natalie, if you can't do them that weekend, I'm not that far from Chicago and I have about the same rates as Leigh.

Yes...I know ladies... I'm a guy.... but I HAVE done these types of shoots before. I'm sure it would make some of you ladies nervous to do these shots with a guy photographer but keep in mind that I am VERY professional, especially with these types of shoots because I know it can be difficult. I'm very easy going. So... don't count use guy photographers out just because we're guys. We are good at these shoots too.

So for the ladies that are doing this, either in Chicago w/Leigh, or somewhere else, when do you plan on giving the pictures to you FI? The day of the wedding, either yourself or having them delivered by a girlfriend? Before you leave for your DW? When you get back? I can't decide! It would be kind of fun the morning of the wedding, but then you have to bring them to Mexico (or where ever).

since I'm one of the few guys here, let me give you my opinion.

 

I would go NUTS (in a good way) if i woke up the morning of the wedding with a little present that I opened and inside was a little book full of very sexy photos of her with a little note that said something like...

 

"just a little peek of what to expect on the honeymoon"

 

my best man would have to hold me back from going and jumping her bones right then and there. lol
