Your post is so funny - thanks for making me smile!!!

The invites turned out terrific - I am leaning towards doing these type too so I will need to pick your brain about the detail you learned durring the process!

How soon is too soon to send your invites outhuh.gif I know we have talked about this on other thread but just wondering when is the earliest anyone has done it? Christa's wedding is only 2 months away - I will die if I have to wait until May to send mine out....

Thanks Sarah. I felt like 2 months in advance was reasonable for me because I had sent STD's in June or July, so everybody was "in the know." I just felt like this was appropriate timing. Not to mention that many of the details I included in the invitation would not have even been thought of if I had done it any sooner (welcome dinner).

Thanks Nicole! Yes, it feels very good - but nerve wracking still....I had a dream that they all got returned in the mail for not enough postage.

Good luck with the RSVPs!
Thanks ladies! Yes, the "waiting game" what fun! Actually, I'm getting excited that a lot of people are now talking about coming that I never thought would. So, it should be fine.

And definitely contact myself & Karla if you plan to do these pocket fold invites. I can only imagine how many more issues I would have had without Karla's advice. I've had some additional "learnings" that I would be happy to share with anyone considering doing this.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
