Engagement Shoe Issue

We are taking our E-pics at the end of April, so I am on the hunt for some fun shoes.

 

For those of you familiar with Austin (probably only 1 or 2 of you), we are taking our pictures on the East side of Austin...it's very urban and and in what they call the "the old ghetto." There is graffiti on the walls and it's a very old area. I love it because it's going to make for some funky pictures. Jay is an artist, so the crazier the better.

 

Anyhow, we are just wearing jeans and black button-ups so that we don't take away from the art of the picture. Like, I don't wanna wear a bright pink shirt because all you would see was my shirt, KWIM?

 

Okay back to the issue at hand. I originally wanted to wear leopard print shoes because we are wearing black, but I can't find any that I like.

 

 

So...what fun shoes would you wear with a black shirt and jeans?

I love throwing a splash of color in when wearing black. I think red heels would look fabulous!

That's a shame that you can't find any leopard that you like. That would be really cute. But I think that if you are wearing black tops and jeans, you can wear just about anything yout little heart desires on your feet!

have you seen the pictures of the zoo wedding on Leigh Miller's blog, the bride wore animal print shoes and she has some great shots of the unique shoes. I say go for it wear something fun and funky just to spice it up and bit...you won't be in heels for much longer so take advantage of it now.

i think red would look cute ... and im currently obsseded with green shoes.. i love flats, they are casual but basically anything you want

 

i think you should take some barefoot... it should add to the artisty ness of it all

I was definitely going to say some hot red shoes. Jessica Simpon's shoe line usually has some fun shoes! I have gotten them at DSW which I looked and there are a few around Austin.
