Hot shoes, they're making me want to go the dyed route, but I'm a bit nervous.  Did you get them done locally or did you send them out to a company?

They came out AMAZING!  Love them.  Wish I could walk in heels that high!  I am 5'10 and limited (confidence wise) to anything maybe 2.5 - 3 inches (tops) or less!  ROCK IT SISTER!

I am in love too! What show did you start with? Can you walk us through your process of dying them.

You ladies are making me blush, thanks so much. I don't normally wear heels, especially this high but I said what the heck! I posted earlier in this thread with a picture of the shoes when I was dropping them off. They started off as an ivory satin and I was NERVOUS! They were ordered from Zappos Couture on extreme sale, originally $1100 and I got them for $475! I live in NYC so I took the shoes to the designers showroom and asked I they dyed the shoes and they said no but referred me to a great shoe shop off 5th Ave. that's where they send all of their customers they said, so I went. I didn't have a swatch, I really winged it and was nervous as heck. I told the guys I wanted to dye the shoes, they handed me a book of samples and I picked one that wasn't too dark and crossed my fingers. It only cost me $45 and I am more than pleased! So my shoes will be my something blue I believe.

I've been inspired by Kisha...This is my Last and final attempt to have chartreuses green wedding shoes and my 8th pair of dyeable shoes that I've ordered. Due to my color, I refuse to spend over $125 for a pair of shoes that's I'll only wear once.  With that budget it seems that the construction on most dyeable shoes I like are poorly constructed. But I just stumbled upon these and couldn't resist order.  Hopefully I like them, but If not I'll just have to wear my 'Plan B' shoes. what do you think?

I know I hope I like them.  They're by Pink Paradaox a dyeable shoe company based out of London I think.  They have these too...
