Two things....1) if you arent looking for a specific color of shoe check out Bridal Gowns, Bridal Dresses, Bridesmaids Gowns & Formal Dresses they have a NEW for 2010 shoe line - downside, so new that they are a little hard to find and none of them are dyeable, but super cute! I personally love the Star and Princess styles.
2) if you have a specific color in mind (im doing tiffany blue) then check out Paradox London - Wedding Shoes and Bridal Accessories their pink bridal line is all dyeables, but they are flirty, and not the typical dyeable looking shoe - and really well priced. I was lucky enough to find a shop that carries them in my area....got the Margarita for myself - and the shop even dyes them black for free after the wedding if you want!
just thought id share!
Awesome!! Thanks for sharing!

Wow! It was harder to find my shoes than it was to find my dress!! I really wanted Blue Manolos, but they where too tall and the beading was catching on the hem of my dress. SO my search began....

I have finally decided on these Hot Pink Kate Spades!! Love them sooo comfy!!

I will post actual pics later today :)

Roxy, looks as though we both had the same shoes in mind. I was in mid process of paying for the blue Manolos when my FI said "Dont you think the beading will catch on the feathers on your dress??" which of course made me stop and I had to sadly and unwillingly tell the salesperson who made me oh so happy by bringing me my shoes, that I will no longer purchase these shoes =( I then moved on to various different shoe stores and happened to walk into the Kate Spade store and found the same shoes you have and automatically fell in love, BUT I had the same issue, the knot detail on the top will catch on my dress therefore I couldnt buy those either. So now I am searching and searching and searching for the IT shoes lol youre right the dress was easier than the shoes!

Inspired by all your beautiful shoes....I went searching for something better than a plain old flip flop.....then told my FI that I wanted something fancier (knowing he would think something REALLY expensive)....when I asked again what he thought and then showed him the pic and told him the price he was totally ok with this pick:

both our ceremony and our reception will be right on the beach, so the sand rules out any kind of real shoe, let alone any heel. i found these little flip flops last fall and didn't even think about using them as my wedding shoes until after i had them home!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
