I went ahead and didnt get that dress, not very beachy but am wondering if I should gt it altered to look like the one I originally fell in love with or will it be better if I keep the dress how it is. Okay, I saw it...so it would be open in the back but still have the criss crosses of the tie thingshuh.gif right?

I personally like your dress now, I think its very formal and elegant. However, if you love the back of the other dress then I say create the look you want!

Either way, the dress will look great! Not sure if that helps...sorry i can never make up my mind or help in that dept.

Yeah at first I wanted to change it but now I am afraid it would just ruin the dress.... Yeah I dont know what I would do to open it LOL Because it I were just to take the privacy panel out it would look good with that style of dress so I would have to kinda get the whole back altered... it would be more of a square open back showing more and less criss corss things!

if you open the back, you really have to worry about tanlines. I don't think it is worth the stress because your dress already looks great on you. What about getting a beautiful open-back dress to wear another time on vacation or for a TTD?

I had them take out the privacy panel in the back and I wish I hadn't. I think the dress would have stayed tighter on me if I had the panel in there because it would have been snapped in on the side. And I was originally thinking she would take the whole thing out, but because it went so low and I didn't want my butt hanging out, she had to leave some of it in, and it just didn't look right. I really didn't like it and wished I had left it alone!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
