McDonald's Sweet Tea (random thought of the day)

This might be the funniest thread i've seen on BDW yet! FI and I are both from GA and addicted to sweet tea. We decide if we like resturants based on how sweet their tea is. If it's really good then we say Aunt Mae Mae must be in the kitchen smile120.gif

It's official, this sweet tea is my new addiction. As someone said above, I made a specific trip out of the house for it today. Once again the drive-through lady was puzzled that it is all I wanted :P This was the best brew yet. Their website doesn't list the sugar count but I read elsewhere that it is less sugar than a soda...good enough for me!

Thank you McDonald's for this refreshing beverage :)

BTW this is the banner that pulled me in while driving on a hot day:

I hate to break it to ya, but you are not really living life to it's fullest if you don't have some sweet tea in your veins! Somebody get this girl some tea quick!

I love the sonic commercials! Those 2 guys in the car crack me up smile123.gif

Who's tried it?
I'm a big iced tea fan, and I did not like Mickey D's sweet tea. I do LOVE their hazelnut iced coffees though, but haven't had one since I found out how many WW points they were-6 if anyone was wondering and that is for the smaller size although it is not really that small.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
