I am eternally jealous of you gals who have Sonic. They play the commercials here but there are very few. I've been wanting the cherry limeade forever from watching commercials, but you aren't the first real person to recommend it too. Drink one for me!

It is brewed, it's real tea...do you mean you have to brew it yourself?

Thanks to this thread I stopped by McDonald's on my way to work last night. I have had their tea before and I agree, it's very good. The one that I went to didn't have it! And this is in Texas. I told FI and he rattled off all the other ones in the area that do. He's definitely addicted.

I looooove Sonic. The limeaids are really good. I also like the cream-slush, which is a slush mixed with ice cream. The best thing about Sonic is that they are always changing their desert menu. They make a sonic blast, which is like a flurry or a blizzard. I hope they come back around with the cookie dough again.

Jason, you need to go to McDonalds and try the sweet tea!!! = ) Sweet Tea is amazing. You have to try it!

Sweet tea is a form of iced tea in which sugar or some other form of sweetener is added to the hot water before brewing, while brewing the tea, or post-brewing, but before the beverage is chilled and served. This especially sweet variation of tea enjoys most of its popularity in the Southern United States, though bottled iced teas labeled "Southern Style" or "Extra-sweet Southern Style" appear in refrigerated cases throughout the country.

Is it just sweetened iced tea? Or something different? Would I like it? Do you care?
You know I care! It's just plain brewed tea sweetened with real sugar. You can make it at home, it's nothing fancy, but fast food places tend to have Nestea or some other fake iced tea that I'm not fond of. This is real tea and cheap at that. You would like it :o)

I love sweetened tea (and I like it sweet), but I was beginning to think I was the only person who didn't like McD's sweet tea. The one and only time I bought McD's sweet tea I took one sip and threw the rest away -- my first thought was "no wonder they only charge $1"...oooooops

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
