Cancun/RM Ladies - Fishing Charter?

Recommended Posts

Hello there,

We are looking to book a fishing charter and we've seen a couple of recommendations here, but most that we saw will only allow 8 people total. We are looking for one that will allow 14-16 ppl. Anyone know of anything a little larger?

Thanks!

Here is one for 12. This is my email from captain rick's in puerto aventuras (south of PDC)

For a June fishing date you need to make the reservations sometime in May. If you need to cancel a boat there will be no charge if you let us know three days in advance.

You can guarantee the boats with your credit card and pay anyway you want when you get here. The guests can all pay individually with credit cards, cash or traveler’s checks.

I am listing all of our options for you to look over.

We have private charters on one of our 31’ to 35’ boats. The cost is $390.00 US for a half day, $690.00 US for a full day and $560.00 US for a three quarter day. You can take up to 8 people on these boats.

We have private charters on one of our 38’ boats. The cost is $475.00 US for half a day, $850.00 US for a full day and $725.00 US for a three quarter. These boats will hold up to 10 people.

Finally we have private charters on our 46’6 boat. The cost is $575.00 US for half a day, $950.00 US for a full day and $775.00 US for a three quarter day. This boat will hold up to 12 people.

All trips include soft drinks, water and a cooler full of ice as well as all the bait and fishing equipment you will need. On a full day trip you also get lunch. If you want beer or munchies you can bring your own or purchase it at the store near our office. Fishing licenses and fees are also included.

Half day trips go out from 9:00 to 1:00 or 1:30 to 5:30 . Full day trips go out from 9:00 to 5:00. Three quarter day trips go out from 7:00 to 1:00.

To make a reservation you need to pick a date, time and type of trip. Then e-mail me back or call our office at 011-52-984-873-5195 with a credit card number to hold the trip. The address of our encrypted page is https://www.caribbeansol.com/forms/ricks.htm The deposit is $100.00 but is not charged to your credit card until the day of the trip. On the day of the trip you can pay in cash, by traveler’s checks or credit card. There is a 5% surcharge on all credit cards.

June is a great time for sailfish, blue marlin, white marlin and dorado.

Let me know if you have any more questions or when you are ready to make your reservations.

Glenna

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
