Did they give you a formal introduction before dinner? Did you rent the disco? Also in another thread you mentioned:

"they brought our cake just on a plate and had the knives etc for us to use. We didn't do a guest book because we only had one other couple with us."

They didn't have a cake stand? Or a cake cutting set?
Congrats again!
I heard the CD player a little when I was walking down but it was closer to where everyone was sitting. I was such a mess that i really didn't try and listen for the music. I was fine for me. After the ceremony was all over we were walking back and the music was still on. I was really suprised. It was kind of nice because now I could relax and enjoy the music. Chandlyn is standing there during the cereomny and will make sure that everyone can hear it Im sure.
The cake just came on a plate and they did have a cake cutting set. The knife and the spatula thing. I don't know what it is called. The picture is on our other computer and when my husband : ) gets home with it i will post the pictures of the cake.
We did not have any intorduction but we only had one other couple with us and we all walked in together. There was a bride next to us that hade more people and I didn't hear them say anything but when they arrived everyone was cheering. Im sure everything will work out fine.
Did you ask about the Seagrape reception? Someone posted pictures on another thread. i think it was our ROR wedding was great. or something lie that. It looks like they just set up the tables and chairs on the beach and you use the beach bar.
Hope this all helps!

We did narrow it down to 50 and ended up getting the 50 on the CD. Also we had to pay for him to be at the wedding for the initial package and this included 10 pictures on the CD and 10 prints. So in all we got 60 pictures. He told us that he keeps all
(275) pictures on file and he will email them to us for our family to look at and they can purchase them online. When we were looking at the pictures it had writing on it, so i don't know if when he sends them to us it will have that on it or not. Also the pictures that we bought, they took out everything that we didn't want in the pictures. For example the boats and people in the ocean. I don't think they would do that for all of them. This may be a good question for him. He was very nice and did a great job! I hope this helps you out. Pictures were a big deal to me and we were on a tight budget. It all worked out really well.

So how much did this all cost?

No, I wouldn't worry about bringing anything. My cake was brought out on a stand and I didn't specifically request this - i guess just mention it to chandlyn in your meeting if you're worried about it.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
