Does anyone used the steel band for the walk down the aisle or just for the hour after the ceremony? I would like to have the band play something for when I walk down the aisle.

I'm planning on using the steel band to walk down the aisle and play after the ceremony. My song choice, however, is not on their list. I'm hoping to meet with the band prior to give them the cd of what i want. I"M PRAYING that they will be able to pull it off!

I am hopefully using them during the ceremony (as I walk down the aisle) and then after the ceremony for a bit. I have always wanted to walk to Canon N'D... but was curious if they were able to take special requests of any sort.

I don't know if it is the same band, but they had a steel drum band play for entertainment one night and they were mezmorizing (sp?). I sat and listened to them and didn't want to leave. It seems like they could play anything. They were playing songs that you hear on the radio here and also some Jamaican songs. I wish we had them in our budget. If you do the CD player you do have a choice to have a recorded steel drumband. I just choose the traditional music. Talk to Chandlyn when you get there and she will do a great job of getting you what you want. She is a pro at this wedding stuff. Good luck to you!
