Secret to fast results towards your bridal beach body ... SPINNING CLASSES!!!

I am a gym person and enjoy exercise but those last 10-12 lbs where driving me CRAZY! and those were the those terrible 10 "in-love" lbs. You know that weigh gain that you get from eating together all the time and watching movies and LOST DVD sets! It just creeps up on you and then you put on that cute little dress or those skinny jeans from last summer... but you can't!

I had a trainer for a bit, did kickboxing, power yoga, and all the machines. Once I started spinning class the fat was just melting away after just a few classes... and my legs were getting all toned like back in my single days. and the class is just 45 minutes.

I don't know if anyone has had the same experience or can back me on my claims. But if you haven't tried it yet, you should!

my butt was killing me the first time too, but after I did it one or two more times I didn't even notice it

Absolutely a FANTASTIC workout! I was in the best shape of my life when I used to take spin class. The first time I took it I wanted to vomit all over the room and I certainly didn't want to go back again. But I did and after the second or third class, it really got so much easier, probably because my butt and feet stopped hurting and I could concentrate more on the workout.

But it really does whip your body into shape, your butt & legs. I want to join the gym again just so I can do these classes. In fact, now that you've got me thinking about this again, I'm going to call the gym tomorrow!

I've been doing spin classes 3x a week for 5 years now, with no injuries/knee probs. If you're finding something bothering you, the best thing to do is ask the instructor if your bike is set up properly. Sometimes just changing the position of your saddle or handlebars can make the world of difference. The experienced instructors can take into account the fact that you have a previous knee/back injury and adjust your bike for you, too...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
