My Bridesmaids gifts.....I think?

Recommended Posts

Ok.....I'm having a hard time with this. We are putting up our bridal party, they are welcome to stay for the week.....I felt that this was our obligation because we are having our wedding in Charleston. There for I still feel like I owe them gifts....I love giving gifts and I really do appreciate them being apart of our lives and our wedding day. I just don't want anyone to feel put out.

So this is what I done for the girls...

Love all your gifts.

I think if your budget allows for everything you have posted for all your girls then you arent going overboard you want to see them happy and show your appreciation.

If you dont want to go crazy dont get anything more, what you have gotten is absoluting fabulous and you are also paying for their stays which Im 100% sure they are appreciative of.

You are going to have some happy BM's on your hands smile03.gif

We have 5 girls... and one flower girl. I have gotten the feeling....especially from my sister that our wedding is a inconveince and I would be devistated if they couldn't be there.... so anything I can do to show them that we appreciate their sacrifice to be there for us....I'm gonna do it.

I guess I'm kinda paying them off....which is trerible, really! I think I need to seek wedding planning therapy.....all the comments and the stigma that has now been attached to our wedding is really starting to get to me.

Oh no, Danielle, what's making them feel this way? That really sucks.

Your ideas are great! They'll love the things you are doing for them.

Wow, I want to be one of your BM's! I think its all great and only you know if you are going overboard. You certaintly shouldn't feel obligated to get them all these gifts, they should be honored that you asked them to be by your side on your wedding day!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
