I am a St. paddy's day freak, I drive my friends crazy, I am also really irish. We are going to the pub around 4:30 pm with a bunch of friends (about 20 of us) for some irish stew and we will drink and party til the wee hours of the morning:) My sister, brother and I will buy a round of Irish whiskey for everyone and we will toast my dad, who we got the love of St. Paddy's day fromshots.gifhe will be missed

Why are you coming out my way Melissa:) This year we are going to a place called Reilly's it is an irish pub with pool tables and live irsh music. When my dad was alive we always went to a pub around the corner called Fitzpatrick's, it has become so popular though that there atre crazy line ups, and last year we all went there and I ended up being really weepy because I was missing my dad (1st St, Patricks day without him), so this year I think it's time for somewhere new. I really hope it will be good. I love St.Patrick's day in a bar because it is the friendliest bar night of the year, everyone is so happy and very socialble, you get all ages and a great atmosphere, I look forward to it every year. Everton has this year off so we are heading out early this year so hopefully we can avoid any lineups. So am I saving a table for you Melissa, or is Vegas winning out:)

I usually do take the day of and/or after St. Patty's, but can't this year since I need to save my days for the wedding. We will probably still go out, but it won't be a crazy night. Although, I say that now and probably wil end up calling in on Tuesday because I'm a hungover Irish girl! friday.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
