tiffany chair seat covers

Recommended Posts

The covers for the tiffany chairs my venue rents do not match their linens (2 different whites), and I know this is so picky, but I was thinking of I can find any cheap rentals or for sale seat covers, I can bring them down with me. Has anyone done this?

I'm not sure it would be a problem, but I'd be concerned that when you get there whatever you have rented or bought will still not match 100%. Unless you have a sample right in front of you (not a picture because the colours can be totally different in a picture than from an actual fabric sample) I'd be a little leery...

Are you talking about the Chivari chairs? They come in silver or gold and kinda look like bamboo-ish?

It's a lot to consider. Do you really want to deal with shipping or packing them?

If you rent you will most likely have to pay a large sum for international shipping and/or pay extra rental because you are keeping them longer. (Most companies do a 48 hr. rental)

If you do decide to rent chair pads, BBJ Linen BBJ Linen has the best selection and highest quality I've ever worked with. That being said they are also the most expensive I have ever worked with. I'd guess you are looking at $10+ per chair pad as a starting rate.

I don't really think anyone will notice the 2 different white. It's going to be under their butt or pushed under the table.

If you want to add color, consider using chair ties/sashes. Those are much cheaper ($1-3each )and I think I've found a great vendor on e-bay!

The picture I really want is on my home computer--there you can see the whole table scape.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
