**SORRY THEY ARE SO BIG!!!

Hey all! Thought I would share my STDs with you. A special thanks goes out to Katrina! I went to Michigan so my super-crafty aunt could help me out. THe woman seriously has a room devoted to nothing but scrapbooking! If Michaels ever goes out of business she could open her basement! Well, my dumbass didn't bring the file with me! So, I "borrowed" Katrina's template and there you go! They weren't the ones I originally worked on but am thrilled with the way they came out. We got nothing but compliments!

I bought my paper from Discount Wedding Invitations, Vellum Paper, Vellum Envelopes, Card Stock Source - Paperandmore.com. I can't say enough good things about the quality and the service and the price!

I used a white linen cardstock and stamped a beach design on each page. I used a brushed nickel rivet and secured them together with the omega ribbon that ties in both of our colors. I made really simple jackets and punched out a palm tree, which is kind of becoming our symbol!

Tips:

Find any 4 people and start an assembly line!

Use the corner-rounder paper punch to save time and make the edges even

Because the eye of the rivet was so small I used a needle threader to get it through

I had my travel agency make a full color brochure to go in the envelope with her contact info, trip cost, etc. This was great and no cost to me!

I think I spent about $100 for 125. Maybe less than that. I need to go back and re-calculate the cost.

I used rubber stamps, 5 different ones because I couldn't choose, and aqua metallic ink from the Martha Stewart collection at Michael's.

I especially love the compass because it has a fleur-de-lis. I have an unhealthy onsession with them!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
