i am happy today because abbie might be on a plane on her way to come visit today :) she was having trouble trying to get someone to cover her shift for sunday morning, but i havent heard from her since just after midnight last night and she hasnt answered emails that shes still in seattle, so im crossing my fingers that thats a sign shes coming :)

 

if that doesnt work out.....

in about 10 days, becks will be in chicago and we will be meeting up for dinner.

 

these two things are the only things keeping me frm going nuts because im at work on a saturday, and was given no notice i had to be here at 10:30 am until 7 pm last night!

My future in-laws just announced they will be giving us some money to be put towards the wedding! : )

 

Yay! We are going to use some of it for our photography(travel) cost... so I no longer have to feel so guilty about paying so much for photos when we were already over budget!

YAY becky! that's great news!

i'm happy today because i get to go home at 100pm, 3 hours early! YYYAAAAAAAAAAYYY!

also because i found out last night that one of my aunties is going to have a bridal shower for me in june! i didn't think i really wanted one, but then no one ever brought up having one, and i kinda felt sad about it, but didnt say anything to anyone. then she called last night and asked me if it would be ok! i was like OF COURSE! but i told her 2 things, no stupid games involving pantyhose or toilet paper, and no raunchy lingerie, etc. since 4 of my 5 BM are under the age of 13 wink.gif

so excited! june 14th!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
