Did you ever hear from Zulma? I sent her and Patty from corporate an email about their service on Friday and have not received a response. I have o honestly say although I'm sure it will work out in the end, I really don't appreciate the lack of responses and if I had to do it all over again I didn't think I would book here again. I know I am totally with you on this one. Nope two weeks later and I had to call twice. I finally got to talk to her today but she said she still did not have pricing for me on candles because the vendor in Cancun had not gotten back to her. So I really do not know what is going on.
Another really silly question. Do yous think a two hour cocktail is to long for guests?
