      Unfortunately most of the resorts do not have their wedding departments open on a sunday.

      Makes it a pain when I go down for site visits so it's usually the day that I will change resorts!

        What about symbolic ceremonies/weddings that take place on Sunday? That's when ours is scheduled...would you expect the full-time wedding coordinator to still be there??

          Do any of you know if the outside vendor fee applies to each outside vendor you bring or does one fee cover all

              Who is your TA? I could use some help! I'm also having a difficult time dealing with the US-based WCs. They don't respond to my emails or phone messages.

                When I called to find out about the amount the WC in Michigan made it sound like it was per vendor, but she didn't sound 100% confident in the response so she said she would get back to me. I would hope it covered all vendors, but the way things are going I would think it will be per outside vendor.

                  From what I understood when the fee was $100, that was per person (vendor), so $100 for the DJ, $100 for the photographer, $100 for each videographer (we have a 2 man team). But now that that the fee has changed and certain vendors like the DJ have to be booked through the resort, who knows. Sorry it I'm not much help.

                      This is my understanding as well. The fee is per vendor. It's a good idea to double check though.
