It's confirmed that we are getting married at the Royal PDC on Nov. 21, 2008! We are so excited. Many thanks to all of you, especially Becky, for answering questions and sending information to help make our decision. Now the questions really start!!
It's time to send STDs and get started with Invitations. My question is what is the best way to have guests make their reservations? I'd love for them to have one place to call to book the resort, airfare, and ground transport...maybe a travel agent? What did you find worked the best? Does the hotel secure a block of rooms for you and if so, how do I go about that? I read that some of you had guests contact the royal directly in order to get a confirmation number. Just wondering if you have any tips that made things run smoothly for your guests.
One more thing, did you sign any initial contract or any paperwork to secure your date?
Many many thanks!

We found a picture of a playa del carmen beach and had that as the background and our info was over it. We also made a website so that we could keep people informed about any updates that we had. Thanks for the info. I checked out your website...looks awesome! I think it is so cool that you are doing a charter flight. How fun that will be to have everyone together. We went to a Travel Agent yesterday to get everything worked out for the guests are are trying to do a website too. Wish me luck!
