Unfortunately we were told that they only have one option . But I read on this thread a while back someone said that if you keep track and put on each persons place card what they are having there can be more than one option.

I have been contacting Zulma and its been over two weeks and no response. It is so frustrating. I really don't want to deal with Angie or anyone else at the main office because often they are wrong anyways.

I will try reaching Zulma again and hopefully she will get back me.

Just wanted to know what you thought of the cocktail hour in the garden? We are having ours on the beach as well as the reception and wondering if I should see if we can get the garden area. Congrats on getting your dress! That is SO exciting!!! I've been trying to hold off on shopping since my wedding is still pretty far away but I think I might have to give in and shop while I'm home for Christmas. Do you have any pictures??

Congrats on finding your dress!
I was told by my wedding coordinator, Suzanna, that you can give your guests more than one option. You have to find out which option each guest is choosing prior to arriving at the resort. Once you arrive on site you need to supply the caterers with a seating chart and table cards/numbers so they can give everyone the right meal. I'm planning on including an additional card in my invitations with entree options.

Oh boy...all of my wedding supplies are starting to come in and I have no idea how I am going to get them all to Mexico. Does anyone else have this problem? What do you suggest?

I will be facing this problem to come next spring. Have you considered asking other family memembers to help you? I was planning on packing everything in diffrent suitcases and than my bridesmaids offered to each take a suitcase. I would pay to check it in of course.

That's actually a really good idea. I thought of it, but I freak out of the thought of not having everything down there with me when I arrive. I think it is a bit of the controlling bride in me coming out =) I'm just worried that it will get lost. Plus someone had told me that I should make sure I carry all of my receipts on me in case customs stops me for what is in my bag. I'm not sure what that is all about, but I would hate to have my bridesmaids get taken down because of me! Ha!

HAAHAH imagine. I know the stupid receipt thing. If they see a huge bag bulging with stuff they usually stop you. I was going to give the girls the receipts for the items in each bag that they carry. I took them out for pizza and martinis and asked them ahahah. I would do the same for them so think of it that way
