Does anyone know where the MAC store is located in playa del carmen? I have read in past posts that there is a MAC in downtown playa but when I was there for the site tour. I didn't see it. Does anyone know if there really is a store there or have the address?

Thanks,

Adriana

Hi Scottishbride,

Yes unfortunetly their is a diffrent rate for non-resort guests depending on what package you use just for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. If they want to come to the resort before any of those events begin than you do need to get them passes. That means also for letting them up to your room.

If you go to the wedding packages the non-resort guest pricing is listed by the way.

Hi Adriana,

I was told it was just opening this fall. I am actually going this November. Let me know if you don't find out any of your answers till than and I can ask them for you. I am going to be going to check the MAC store out.

So I just checked out the a la carte pricing on the website and I have to say it is not what I thought it was sad.gif

I thought you could choose each and every option and I wanted to do a pricing comparison. Well you still have to choose one of the packages. Than you just get to pick diffrent upgrades which I already knew about.

The Ultimate comes with bride hair, make up, pedi and mani but I am not going to be using any of these. I am not going to be using the photography either. I wish there was a way to do an exchange for diffrent services instead of those

oh well

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
