I'm getting so much done! Woo hoo! I also had an awesome stroke of luck happen... There is a website called Paddywax that sells candles in these 2 oz travel tins. I bought them yesterday for $5 each as favors, but when I went to check something about the lid today, they were showing $2.40! I called to see if I could have that price since I only ordered yesterday, and the manager was like, "That's our wholesale price. I'm not sure how you can see that." I told her that I had simply googled Paddywax and clicked on the website and that I was able to enter an order for 30 candles at $2.40 each. She told me to order them if I could, and she would cancel my first order! If any of you are looking to do pretty candles as your favors, I suggest you try to order them right now!

I also ordered our napkins and some tablecloths that I'm going to cut up to make a sort of accent piece in the center of the table. I'm also working with Marvin on finalizing our centerpieces and also working with the restaurant to book our rehearsal dinner.

It finally feels real! I'm getting married!!! woot.gif

I love his work! If you don't mind me asking, what kind of package are you getting- and what is the cost?

I'm using Fer Juaristi.  Currently looking into underwater cenote TTD shoots - any recommendations?  I LOVE del sol but a little out of my price range. I am also considering Ivan Luckie.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
