are you picking up the flowers to avoid a vendor fee, or how does that work?

hoping for the same for your wedding - coming up so soon!

Thank you for the info- Sounds so perfect!! Hope we have the same thing.

I know- we leave in less than 2 weeks!!

No, we had to pay the vendor fee, but even with that $100, it was still way cheaper to go with him for everything. (and he is giving me what I want, which is bouquets with green cymbidium orchids, white cymbidium orchids, white dahlias and green hypercinum berries)

I wonder if you COULD just pick them up and avoid the fee? We have already paid, but maybe for the rest of you? I think Jesmcan had a great suggestion for a florist as well awhile back?

I think we're going to do that too, just pay the $100 vendor fee for flowers!
Thanks! When did you book the resort? The vendor fee is $350, not $100. They honored $100 vendor fee for brides who booked before the policy change.

I am using Marvin from Maya Deseno as well. His prices are excellent as the other girls have said and the flowers are beautiful that they do.

Ya that is the only problem for those brides who booked after December the fee is now $350 for the vendor fee.

Lady Di- I meant to ask did you end up having to pay the outside vendor fee for hair and make up?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
